Returns & Exchanges

At Karachi Book Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5 business days.
